Prices and currency

All the prices in the website, specified in the payment receipts and in the invoices, are in "Euro" currency.


Shippings are carried out by Italian carrier Bartolini and are free.
Your order will be safely packaged.

In addiction, tracking number will be always sent to you, so you can get updates on you order's shipping status.

Every shipping comes with invoice as required by the International Laws of Commerce. The invoice declares the values of every single item you purchased, in "euro" currency.

Generally your orders will be packaged and shipped within 10 days from payment receipt.
Shipping time is different for every Country. Feel free to ask our staff if you need to know more about estimated time of arrival.


If, for any means, the client is not satisfied with one or more item, the not-wore articles can be sent back to NIBA within 28 days after the receipt of the order. Remember that only size-change or color-change is allowed.

To ask for a return, you must:

  1. login to your personal area on the site
  2. send a contact request with the return's motivations, the items you wish to change and the order number. NIBA will send you a confirmation email and detailed instructions to send back the items.

The carrier for the return will be specified in the confirmation email sent by NIBA. Shipping will be free for you, but if you choose to send the package using a different carrier, than we won't refund the shipping costs.

Only size-change or color-change is allowed, if available. It is not possible to change the item with a different article or to obtain a refund.

The items shouldn't have been worn, washed, used, modified or damaged. Shoes' soles must not be torn, they have to be in perfect condition.
Every item must be sent with every labels, package and original accessories that were found in the delivered package. If you return shoes or accessories, be sure to include in the package their original labelled box, not damaged neither modified in any means. Do not use the original box as the external package.

NIBA reserves the right to reject returns that are not in compliance with the rules above, or that have been not authorized by the staff.
